After spending my career writing songs for other performers in in Film, TV, or on Recordings, I’m now performing these songs myself.
Songs of longing for love and home, of hurt and celebration. Each introduced with an engaging short story that resonates with a wide audience and background , although focused on Boomers. Whether personal or public, I believe a songwriter’s role is to “sing the news” - to express thoughts and feelings my audience can respond to.
I accompany myself on a variety of instruments, each chosen to reflect the emotional atmosphere of the story, blending a wide variety of musical and lyrical genres including Folk, Jazz, Blues, and R&B.
My show combines my original songs with an assortment of carefully chosen classic hits to create an evening of remembrance of times past combined with reflections on the now.
